WWE 205 Live Results for 3/7/17

We start off with a look at what happened on Raw when Austin Aries attacked Neville.

We are in Indianapolis, Indiana and your announcers are Corey Graves and Mauro Ranallo.

Austin Aries comes out to the ring with his banana and he has something to say.

Austin says he has secured his greatest interview to date. He introduces his subject and it is Austin Aries. Austin thanks himself for being here. He asks why did he decide to leave the announcer’s booth and punch Neville in the face. Austin says he punched Neville in the face because he could. For the last three months, he has been sitting at the announce table because he had a broken eye hole. He remembered that if you want to earn respect, you find the toughest guy in the room and you punch him in the face. It became clear that the toughest man in the room is Neville. He is the King of the Cruiserweights and the top of 205 Live . . . until he got here. That is why he punched Neville in the face.

Austin asks Austin what is next for Austin Aries. Austin says that with that left hand to Neville’s face last night, Austin Aries expert journalist is no more. Austin Aries in ring specialist is on 205 Live.

Neville makes his way to the stage. He says that he thought what happened last night was a momentary lapse in judgment but you have gone off the deep end. You hide behind the announce table and act like a fool. Now you think you are on his level?

Aries says he does not think he is at Neville’s level. He says Neville is at the A Level, but Austin says he is at the A Double Level.

Neville says the level around here is the Neville Level and you are not even close. You should consider this career move very carefully and scuttle back to your announce desk to make your pathetic jokes where you belong.

Aries says he does not have to be at the announce table and Neville can come to the ring and tell him the joke about the cruiserweight champion getting chin checked two weeks in a row.

Neville says he would come to the ring but you have not earned the right to enter the ring with him. Neville says he does not have to lift a finger to get rid of Aries. You have so many enemies in the back. You mocked the division and now you think you belong at the top of the ladder. There is a locker room of talent more than willing to oblige.

Aries asks Neville if he speaks for the locker room. Aries says he has been writing checks his entire career and his ass has been cashing them. He tells anyone who has a problem with him to come to the ring.

Mauro mentions that AJ Styles had a confrontation with Shane McMahon after Smackdown ended.

We see Jack Gallagher and Rich Swann in the locker room. Noam Dar enters and he brings up the flowers that were delivered to Alicia last week. Swann asks why is Dar so concerned about the flowers, didn’t he buy them. Dar tells them to watch and learn and maybe they can find someone as beautiful as Alicia Fox.

Match Number One: Noam Dar (with Alicia Fox) and Ariya Daivari versus Jack Gallagher and Rich Swann

Swann and Daivari start things off and Daivari wtih a waist lock and take down. Swann with an arm drag and head scissors take down. Swann with a drop kick and then he knocks Dar to the floor when he tries to interfere. Swann with an Irish whip but Daivari with a kick. Swann with an enzuigiri and then he goes for a jumping rana but Dar grabs Daivari to block it. Dar tags in and he punches Swann and sends him into the turnbuckles. Daivari tags in and he chops Swann and connects with a forearm. Daivari with a drop kick and he gets a near fall.

Daivari Irish whips Swann sternum first into the turnbuckles. Dar tags in and he connects with an uppercut. Dar with a belly-to-back suplex and he gets a near fall. Daivari tags in and he punches Swann. Swann with punches and a forearm. Daivari keeps Swann from making the tag and then he hits a spinebuster and gets a near fall. Daivari with knees to the back and elbows to the chest before applying a reverse chin lock.

Daivari gets a near fall. Daivari with a rear chin lock. Daivari misses a kick and Swann with an enzuigiri and both men are down. Gallagher tags in and he hits a series of drop kicks. Gallagher with an Irish whip and Gallagher with a headstand and kick for a near fall. Dar breaks up the cover and that distraction allows Daivari to hit Gallagher from behind. Dar tags in and Swann makes teh blind tag. Gallagher wtih a head butt to Daivari and Swann with a round kick to Dar. Gallagher with a running drop kick to Daivari in the corner and Swann with a Phoenix Splash to Dar for the three count.

Winners: Rich Swann and Jack Gallagher

After the match, Tom Phillips is in the interview area with Brian Kendrick. He asks Kendrick about his comments from Raw. Brian says that he thought Tozawa was being disrespectful last night but he figured that if Tozawa wants a fight, that is what he is going to get.

Brian Kendrick says he is a man of his word. Tozawa wanted a fight him, but Brian Kendrick says that he will be facing ‘A Bryan Kendrick’. He says that is Lesson number Six. Read the fine print.

Match Number Two: Akira Tozawa versus Bryan Kendrick

Tozawa kicks Bryan in the head and he punches him. Bryan with a sunset flip and Tozawa with a kick and back senton. Tozawa screams and Bryan hits Tozawa from behind. Bryan punches Tozawa and slaps him. Tozawa with a head scissors and a German suplex for the three count.

Winner: Akira Tozawa

Neville is in the interview area and he is asked about Austin Aries’ 205 Live debut. Neville says that Austin Aries is going to regret his career decision. For too long we have been subjected to his lowest common denominator wise cracks. Now you are going to face the consquences. Tony Nese is no walk in the park. Aries will learn that everybody wants what has and only one man can stand across the ring from him at Wrestlemania. Whoever wants that opportunity will have their work cut out for them next week on 205 Live.

Match Number Three: Austin Aries versus Tony Nese

They lock up and Aries slaps Nese on the ribs when he breaks the hold. Aries with a side head lock but Nese with a waist lock take down and Nese poses. Aries with a waist lock take down and he spins around on Nese before applying a side head lock. Aries holds on when Nese tries to send him off the ropes. Nese with punches to the midsection and Aries floats over and hits a series of arm drgs into an arm bar.

Nese with a head scissors and Nese does not watch Aries’ tapes because Aries escapes and hits a drop kick. Aries relaxes on the turnbuckles. Nese pushes Aries around and he tells Aries he does not belong here. Aries with a few punches and then Nese sends Aries to the apron and Aries lands awkwardly on the apron. Aries with a thumb to the eye and he boxes the ears. Aries with a slingshot senton and he gets a near fall. Aries with a forearm to the head.

Aries with an Irish whip and Aries with an elbow and a snap mare. Aries with an elbow to the back of the neck from the turnbuckles. Nese goes to the floor and Aries sets for a dive but Nese gets into the ring and he gets Aries on his shoulders. Aries escapes. Aries drops Nese across the top rope. Aries goes up top and Nese hits the ropes and crotches Aries. Nese with a kick and he hits a gutbuster. Nese punches Aries. Nese with a body scissors.

Aries bridges back and gets a near fall. Nese with a running back elbow for a near fall. Nese sends Aries to the floor. Nese with a cartwheel to the floor followed by a super kick. Nese sends Aries back into the ring and Nese gets a near fall. Nese tells Aries to go back where he belongs. Nese pie faces Aries and Aries with forearms and a cartwheel followed by a clothesline and chop. Aries with a gutbuster followed by an STO and then Aries with a pendulum elbow. Aries gets Nese on his shoulders but Nese with a rollup and one arm power bomb for a series of near falls.

Nese sets for the German suplex into the turnbuckles but Aries escapes and he kicks Nese to the floor. Aries with a suicide dive and then they return to the ring. Aries pulls off the elbow pad and he connects with a rolling elbow for the three count.

Winner: Austin Aries
