Son of a Wrestling Legend Turns Down TNA Contract; Says He’s Holding Out For WWE

Reid Flair, son of legendary wrestler and TNA Star Ric Flair was just on Hit The Ropes Radio where he spoke on a number of subjects including being brought up around wrestling, being the son of Ric Flair and much more. The subject of a number of rumors regarding TNA were brought up. Reid set the record straight revealing what actually happened between the two:
“I went with my father to some TNA shows just to see how things were. I spoke with tna possibly to do a deal but I ultimately decided against that. I go back to me being ready in the ring and ready mentally. I think holding out for WWE would be the best opportunity for me.“
Reid spoke in greater detail on how WWE would be the best possibility for him right now.
