Rapper, Wale, Punches a Fan “Dead in His Face” in the Audience at Tonight’s WWE RAW in Washington DC

Tonight’s WWE RAW, which is still ongoing in Washington D.C. as of this time, has been pretty light on action as they finish up their final show going into WrestleMania XXX.  Leave it to rapper Wale to provide the fireworks. According to several fan reports, the rapper got into a fist fight with a fan in the audience live on tonight’s Monday Night RAW.

A fan in attendance, Jawn Murray, told TMZ that, Wale, who is sitting directly behind the WWE commentating team, began to get heckled pretty loudly by a fan.  The fan taunted Wale for quite some time before Wale had enough.  The rapper got out of his chair, walked up to the fan, and as Murray put it, “the next thing I know Wale is putting the smackdown on dude. Punched him dead in his face. It was a full fight.”

Security immediately rushed in and broke up the fight.  Both guys were taken into an adjacent hallway and spoken to.  Minutes later, both Wale and the fan returned to their seats without being escorted out of the arena.

We’ll post more on this as we hear it.

UPDATE: Wale has confirmed the fight via his Twitter account:

In fact, the fight actually started on Twitter when the fan began taunting the rapper. The fan even tweeted Wale to tell him to come find him. Wale obliged:
