We wrote last week about a Fit Finlay Twitter account going around. The account has been confirmed by WWE announcer Justin Roberts to be a fake. The account had everyone fooled from Kofi Kingston to Zack Ryder, Hornswoggle and about the entire developmental roster.
The people at Extreme Reunion issued the following:
“In ring talent and one of the owners of Extreme Reunion issues an official statement about Saturday night April 28th sold out live event from the Pennsylvania National Guard Armory. Shane Douglas had prepared a statement to publish online, however he decided he wanted to record it as a video message instead.”
Here are a few highlights from the video:
- Says he will “lead bu example” and no longer wrestler at another “Extreme Reunion” show as a way to urge others who do not belong in the ring any long to do so.
- Announces a “MAJOR OVERHAUL” of the entire “Extreme Reunion” roster.
- Announced a new initiative to prevent the “toxic behavior” seen from a few talents this past weekend.
- Says that production quality failed to meet “desires and expectations” & will be fixed starting with the next show.
- Douglas asks for a second chance, apologizes to the fans, & vows to make it right going forward.
Former WWE star Chyna spoke with CelebBuzz.com this week to talk about getting in shape for her new porn parody from Vivid Entertainment that’s out this month. Chyna talks about how she has changed her diet since her time with WWE:
“First and foremost, diet is very important. When I was wrestling, I ate as much meat as I could. Boys would have eating contests with me, so I would get bigger that way. Now my diet has completely changed. No salt, I crave vegetables all the time [and] 75 percent of my body change was [due to] diet.”
Former WWE Divas The Bella Twins have been announced for the Northeast Wrestling show on June 1st in Newburgh, New York. They will participate in a meet & greet at 6pm before the show. Other names scheduled for that night include Jerry Lawler, Kevin Nash and Bobby Lashley.
The former Bella Twins are now being billed by their real names – Nicole and Brianna Garcia. WWE has removed the from their roster pages also.
WWE.com announced Monday night that Executive Administrator Eve fired The Bella Twins following their Triple Threat Divas Championship Match on Raw SuperShow. This storyline was reportedly used to facilitate the expiration of their contracts, which they opted to not renew. The twin duo will address their future on Wednesday on their official website.

Today marks as the nine-year anniversary of the passing of Miss Elizabeth. The wrestling trailblazer died on May 1, 2003 in the Marietta, Georgia home she shared with Lex Luger as a result of a drug and alcohol overdose.
Scotty Riggs, who held the WCW World Tag Team Championship with Marcus “Buff” Bagwell, stated the following Tuesday on Facebook after his former tag team partner was involved in a serious car accident last week while traveling near his hometown of Marietta, Georgia: “FLOCK U” … KEEP MARK (Bagwell) IN YOUR POSITIVE ENEGRY & PRAYERS … HE’S COME A MILLION MILES BUT HAS A MILLION MORE TO GO!!! … I’LL BE CALLING HIM AGAIN LATER THIS WEEK!!”
Bagwell has made major progress since the accident as he was discharged from intensive care days after requiring a breathing tube.

Following their departure from WWE on Monday night, the former Bella Twins, Nicole and Brianna Garcia, are once again advertised for an autograph signing taking place on Saturday, May 19 at the Frank & Son Collectible Show (located 19649 San Jose Ave, City of Industry, California). The former WWE Divas are offering autographs and photo opportunities for $30 apiece.

Chris Jericho’s band, Fozzy, will be performing during the Rockstar Uproar Tour, which takes place from August 15th through September 30th.
One of the tour dates is August 19th, which is also the date for SummerSlam. WWE currently has Chris Jericho listed on their event page for the pay-per-view, so it remains to be seen if he will appear on the card.
Jericho is not advertised for any shows (with the exception of SummerSlam) from August until the RAW Supershow on October 1st from the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, OK. He is also advertised for the WWE overseas tour which starts in late October.

We noted several months back that Jim Neidhart was arrested. Neidhart had a hearing on April 12th and will be released to the Salvation Army in the Tampa area for a substance abuse in-house rehab program. As soon as a bed is available, Neidhart will be released from jail and into the program.
